Terms & Conditions

1. About Parcel Pal
Parcel Pal is a courier-to-courier jobs marketplace operated by Parcel Pal Web Ltd, registered in England & Wales. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and legally entitled to work and drive in the UK. Couriers who bid on work must complete verification (photo ID, driving licence, valid hire & reward insurance, proof of right to work, and vehicle details).
3. What we do
Parcel Pal connects couriers who need to offload work ("Posters") with couriers who can cover it ("Workers"). Parcel Pal is an intermediary platform only. We are not a party to the agreement between Posters and Workers, we do not employ couriers, and we do not carry parcels ourselves. Each courier is a self-employed independent contractor responsible for their own work, tax and insurance.
4. Posting and bidding
Posters describe the work and a proposed fee; Workers may bid or counter; the Poster accepts a bid to form an agreement directly between them. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for completing work you accept.
5. Fees and payments
Parcel Pal charges a platform fee of £2.50 per job (plus any same-day fee shown at checkout), paid by the Poster, and deducts a 10% commission from the Worker's accepted bid. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Mollie.
6. Insurance and legal responsibility
You are responsible for holding valid hire & reward insurance and any licences required for the work you post or accept. Parcel Pal is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or undelivered parcels — that sits with the couriers involved and their insurers.
7. PAL rewards
PAL is a loyalty reward and has no guaranteed monetary value. It is not an investment, security, or a promise of future value, and nothing in the app is financial advice. Rewards may change or end at any time.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Parcel Pal for anything unlawful, don't misrepresent your identity or documents, don't carry prohibited or illegal items, and don't abuse other users.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Parcel Pal is not liable for losses arising from jobs arranged through the platform, the conduct of other users, or service interruptions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Account suspension
We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or risk to other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
